One of the best ways to keep track of your IC symptoms is to keep a record that you can share with your doctor. Use this Symptom Journal to track the severity and frequency of your symptoms.
You should also record what you eat each day, as some foods may cause flare-ups. This will help you and your doctor notice any patterns and will also help you and your doctor track your progress.
